The Three-Way Sorting Table is essential in any sawmilling line and is designed to streamline and automate material handling. After each cut, the Board Removal System transfers the timber from the sawmill bed to a Belt Conveyor, moving it onto the Sorting Table. The operator can easily direct material to either side or advance it to the next production stage, such as a multirip saw or a board edger.
Engineered for versatility, the Three-Way Sorting Table is modular and accommodates various timber lengths and accessory configurations. Each module of the sorting table is 3 meters long and can be joined with others, forming clusters up to a maximum of 9 meters (3 modules total). These clusters can be multiplied to create sorting pockets. The table can be equipped with chains activated either pneumatically or hydraulically, a recommended solution for lines receiving material from two or more sawmills working side by side.
