Shipping Methods

Parcels up to 30 kg are sent by UPS or FedEx, heavier parcels by Raben.

Delivery

• Delivery time for Raben is 4 - 14 business days depends on country.
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Wood-Mizer is not responsible for them.
• Wood-Mizer is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
• Wood-MIzer is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim.
• All packages are sent from the Polish warehouse.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated in checkout based on total order weight.

Free shipping applies to continental EU only. The following regions are excluded from free shipping:

• Italy: Cagliari, Sassari, Nuoro, Oristano, Carbonia-Iglesias, Medio Campidano, Palermo, Catania, Messina, Siracusa, Ragusa, Trapani, Agrigento, Caltanissetta, Enna
• France: Corse-du-Sud, Haute-Corse
• Greece: Kríti, Nótio Aigaío, Iónia Nísia, Vóreio Aigaío
• Portugal: Região Autónoma da Madeira, Região Autónoma dos Açores
