A stainless steel bolt widely used in many types of sawmills, e.g., the LT15 / LT20 / LT40, to adjust blade guide rollers. This popular bolt regulates the tension of the roller and its horizontal and vertical tilt. It is made of stainless steel with a fine thread. Dimensions M10x1x25. It is compatible with the low nut F81033-10.
Despite the fact that all bolts, screws, and nuts are made of stainless steel, it’s recommended to check their condition regularly. These spare parts are exposed to contact with humidity, cooling liquid, resin, and various organic substances. To prevent the deterioration of the surface, it’s a good practice to clean them from time to time with compressed air and lubricate them with the WD-40 anti-corrosion spray. Other lubricants are also suitable for that purpose – the copper grease, graphite grease, or simply petroleum which also has anti-corrosion qualities.
