The popular LT15 sawmill series expands with a new power option – the LT15CLASSIC WIDE Battery-Powered Sawmill. This alternative power choice provides comfort of use and delivers consistent sawing performance. The battery option is convenient and allows for recharging on an included battery charger. Today mobile sawmilling is even easier - just recharge the batteries at home and enjoy working fully independently outdoors.
The mechanical design of the battery-powered sawmill is based on the recognized and well-proven LT15 sawmill series, additionally enhanced with Smart Power Feed, power up/down, and the upgraded Setworks with new functions.
Similarly to other LT15CLASSSIC WIDE sawmills, the battery powered-sawmill can process logs up to 90 cm in diameter with a cutting width of 88 cm. It is built on a modular sawmill bed that allows for sawing the logs with a length of 5.4 m. The LT15 Battery-Powered Sawmill features an innovative Smart Power Feed technology that automatically adjusts cutting feed rates to wood species, log size, and blade conditions. This innovative system delivers data to the mill and calculates the best feed speed, which will vary based on species and blade sharpness. In addition, the sawmill uses an automatic self-diagnostic module monitoring key technical parameters and providing appropriate notifications.
With the main motor rated 7.5 kW (10 HP) and a maximum output of 14 kW (18.77 HP), the sawmill has proven successful in cutting both softwoods and hardwoods. Field testing results have proved that the LT15 Battery-Powered Sawmill runs for approximately 8 hours on 6 batteries, depending on wood species and cutting width.
The battery designed for the sawmill derives from proven technology. It is governed by multiple safety standards, including compliance with vibration, thermal and mechanical shock, drop tests, external short circuits, and more.

Easy control of all necessary functions from an ergonomic operator panel. It allows for operating the forward/reverse and up/down sawhead movement. Batteries
With 4 lithium-ion batteries supplied with the sawmill, you can continue your work for approx. 4-5 hours. A single battery has 14 x 17 x 51 cm dimensions, weighs about 10 kg, and has a capacity of 1,4 kWh energy. The total capacity of the system with 6 batteries is 8,4 kWh allows for sawmilling for as long as 8 hours. Replacing and recharging the batteries is quick and easy!
