Start Small, Saw Big – The LT15 Series Means Business

The LT15 series is a compact, affordable, and reliable sawmill for low-volume wood processing, suitable for both professional and personal use. Built for durability and clean cutting, it’s available in three versions – START, CLASSIC, and CLASSIC WIDE – with stationary or mobile beds, gas or electric engines, and a wide range of accessories.

The LT15CLASSIC is a compact sawmill that offers advanced automation in a scalable, easy-to-use design. Optional SW-10 Setworks and power feed improve cutting speed, accuracy, and operator comfort while keeping full control over the process.

Flexible Cutting Capacity with Extendable Bed

The LT15CLASSIC sawmill handles logs up to 70 cm in diameter and 5.4 m in length (5.2 m for mobile) in its standard configuration. For those needing to process longer logs, the bed can be easily extended with modular extensions, allowing users to increase cutting length as needed. This flexibility makes the LT15CLASSIC ideal for a wide range of projects, from short boards to full-length beams, while adapting to your workflow over time.

Precise Cutting with Convenient Control Panel

Logs are securely held on the bed using three standard log clamps and six side supports, ensuring full stability during cutting. The head height is precisely adjusted with an electric up/down motor, while the cut is made by smoothly advancing the sawmill head along the log using a hand crank. After each pass, the head is pulled back and lowered for the next cut.

To supplement the electric movement of the sawhead, you can add an optional power feed for the forward and reverse sawhead movement (applies only to sawmills with electric motors).

All controls for the head movement and optional features are conveniently located within easy reach of the operator. The LT15CLASSIC can be equipped with an optional Setworks device - an automated control system that positions the cutting height automatically.

Efficient Power with Flexible Engine Options

Thanks to its thin‑kerf blade technology, the sawmill requires less energy while still delivering strong cutting performance across all wood types. This efficiency allows the LT15CLASSIC to operate effectively with smaller, cost-efficient motors, available as standard in 7.5 kW electric or 19 HP gasoline versions - giving users reliable power at lower operating costs and greater on-site flexibility.

For cutting more demanding wood species, the LT15CLASSIC can be equipped with a stronger 11 kW electric motor.

Reliable Blade Performance for Every Cut

To ensure optimal cutting performance, a water tank lubrication system delivers fluid directly to the blade, keeping it clean and efficient during operation. The adjustable blade guide arm provides stable support across various material sizes, while blade tension on a screw with a gauge helps to maintain the proper setting for accurate cuts.

The sawmill is delivered on a single pallet with clear assembly instructions and manuals for easy setup.

Add Options to Enhance Your Sawmill’s Capacity

An optional debarker cleans the log surface before cutting by removing dirt, sand, and stones, which helps protect the blade. This extends blade life and supports consistently smooth, high-quality sawing.

If you need to process longer logs, you can extend the bed length with additional sections – 1.95 m or 2.7 m long, depending on your project requirement. For easier loading of the logs onto the sawmill bed, you can add a log-loading ramp.

With the MP100 planer/moulder attachment, you can produce finished beams and moulded columns. The MP100 is installed on the bed frame and moved along the log in a similar way to the sawhead.

LT15CLASSIC Mobile – Saw Anywhere with Ease

The LT15CLASSIC Mobile is a fully portable sawmill ideal for on-site custom sawing. Mounted on a trailer, it’s ready to cut shortly after arrival - just level the bed with adjustable outriggers, remove the fenders, and release the transport lock pin on the sawhead.

Designed for the S3 bed configuration, the mobile package includes a 1300 kg trailer, 8.3 m in length, complete with axle, wheels, hitch, brakes, lighting, 8 adjustable legs, and fences. Optional loading ramps and a winch make setup even easier.

The bed and sawhead have been reinforced for mobile use, with stiffer section joints and internal wiring. For safety during transport, the sawhead locks securely to the bed using a dedicated security pin.
