Wood-Mizer Sawmill Blade Tooth Profile
Each Wood-Mizer bandsaw blade tooth is precisely set using computer-controlled equipment in the production process. Thanks to CBN technology, the entire blade profile is sharpened uniformly, ensuring the highest quality. All Wood-Mizer blades undergo dozens of tests and inspections - from raw material selection to final grinding - to guarantee optimal performance. Compatible with many brands and models of sawmills and resaws, Wood-Mizer blades deliver unmatched quality, precision, and efficiency in every situation.
The blade tooth profile is formed by two angles: the hook angle and the back angle. Hook angle is the number of degrees that the tooth face leans forward of 90 degrees. Back angle is the number of degrees that the backside of the tooth leans backward of 90 degrees.
