Henri Kurzaj is a French entrepreneur of Polish origin who has been working with wood for almost six years. His company Forest-Ethik deals with the design and concept of original wood products made of local timber. He enjoys living in a small village in the French region of Savoie.

"Nature Makes Us Happy" – is a guiding thought for Kamil Broda, an entrepreneur from Skarżysko-Kamienna, Poland. Kamil has worked in financial institutions for 20 years until he decided to make his woodworking dreams finally come true. His company OLD Mountains was founded to create furniture and everyday items from wood waste, joining it with steel, concrete, glass, and something more – the original philosophy attached to these unique products, which Kamil wants to communicate to his customers.

When Heiner Schäfers and Aron Keidel, two woodworking enthusiasts, met at the master carpentry school in Germany, a parade of great ideas has begun. They started working together twelve years ago, and today they run a truly unique business in Recklinghausen in Germany.

“When I first entered the business and was able to make a profit, I realized how easy it is to operate the sawmill and how interesting it is. It inspires me to work at the sawmill every day,” says Thomas Andersen, owner of Varming Sawmill in Denmark.

The solid wood furniture factory in Poland increased productivity with the WB2000 sawmill. The owners of the FAGUS factory make a production tour and explain why they decided to launch a new wide band sawmill.
