Wood-Mizer Introduces New G57 Gasoline Engine for LT70 and LT70WIDE mobile sawmills

Recently, Wood-Mizer updated its professional sawmill offering by replacing the diesel engines with new gasoline G57 engines to its LT70 and LT70WIDE sawmills. The gasoline engine G57 is an essential upgrade to the LT70 sawmill series as it helps to increase fuel efficiency, gains more horsepower, and improves the comfort of operation while complying with the recent exhaust emission standards. The new gasoline G57 engine replaces the older generation of a diesel D42. A new feature of the G57 engine is a special controller which adds new operation and diagnostic functions to the machine. Now with the new controller, the G57 engine allows for:

• Adjustment of the blade linear feed speed
• Checking the information about the temporary fuel consumption
• Electronic count of work hours
• Checking the temperature of cooling liquid
• Checking the engine load (by percent)
• Monitoring the battery voltage
